As an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates Law (NSW), Kellyanne advises individuals, families, business owners and primary producers on all aspects of estate and succession planning, estate administration and claims upon deceased estates.

Kellyanne's expertise spans a wide range of estate planning matters, from complex succession strategies for farming enterprises, blended families and vulnerable beneficiaries, through to testamentary trust wills, powers of attorney, guardianship appointments and advance care planning. 

Holding both a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Canberra and a Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Wills and Estates, Kellyanne has dedicated her career to this highly specialised area of practice. Her accreditation as a Specialist reflects a commitment to technical excellence and the highest standards of professional expertise.

Kellyanne is a Graduate Fellow of The College of Law, an active member of the Law Australasia Estate Planning Special Interest Group, and a member of the Law Society of New South Wales. She is also committed to giving back to the community through the provision of pro bono legal services to charitable organisations.
